With dual gantry and 6 spindles, the DECAN L2 achieves up to 56,000 CPH throughput. Placement accuracy is ±40 µm (Cpk ≥ 1.0) for chips 0402 and ±30 µm for ICs with Stage Vision support. The machine supports both flying vision and fixed vision alignment systems to handle a wide range of parts—from ultra-small chips to odd-shaped components—making it an effective Multi-functional Mounter.
One standout feature is its ability to optimize placement of LED and LED lens parts: by identifying LED lighting direction and lens orientation (patent registered No. 1472444), it reduces mounting failures and increases yield. The DECAN L2 also supports large boards: although standard capacity is sizable, it can be modified on-site to handle PCBs up to 1200 × 460 mm, giving it strong Large PCB Capability.
Production efficiency is further improved via optimized motion sequences and data sharing across devices—bad mark information from one station can be shared downstream to reduce overall cycle times. The advanced vision algorithm with 3D lighting enhances recognition of complex-shape parts, boosting the accuracy of odd-shape component placement.
